Geiger v. Montana Dept. of Revenue

Appellant Augusta Geiger appeals from an order of the Montana Seventh Judicial District Court, Dawson County, granting the Department of Revenues motion for directed verdict following Geigers presentation of her case in chief to the jury. In its order, the Court ruled that the DOR could not be found liable for negligent business decisions.
