George B. Leitner v. Pacific Gamble

Action in the district court for Ramsey county to recover for damage to plaintiffs truck arising out of a collision between it and one owned by the defendant company and driven by the defendant Claude Sheffield, wherein the defendants counterclaimed for damage to their truck. The case was tried before Robert v. Rensch, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $692.35 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying their motion for a new trial, defendants appealed.
