ILJA Tournavolta

Tournavolta is a story about rotating motion in nature. Only manmade movement has perfect angles and straight lines, while nature has irregularity, curves and twisting volumes that decorate our planets surface and atmosphere. Perfection might be a concept invented by mankind, but nature has the most beautiful logics and balance simply by just being. Looking into motion in nature, patterns emerge of turning and twisting shapes that at times appear bright and sharp as lightening. At other times they blend fluidly into the shades of life. Movement of different elements interacting, connecting and creating imperfection are of the highest beauty. 

Nature and life with its beautiful and divine balance form the main inspiration for this collection.
