Leadership: Lessons from Classical Literature

Leadership: Lessons from Classical Literature is a critical examination of time-tested leadership paradigms embedded within the portfolio of classical literature.  These selected literary works form the core syllabus of the Choice Point Course at the MIT Sloan Fellows Program.  Each example book is discussed for its major leadership theme and the relevance of the theme to the milieu of contemporary issues that confront organizational leadership in the twenty-first century.
