These guides are intended for max level players interested in learning how to improve their ELO.  Whether you are stuck at low ELO or you are just entering ranked, this guide will improve your gameplay.  These guides are not filled with fluff.  I will not be explaining what League of Legends is and other obvious nuances of the game. 


It is simple and direct information to improve one's ranked position and assumes you know the absolute basics of the game (that anyone level 30 would know, ranked experience or not).  I have smurfed a lot at Bronze and Silver and will break down tips at certain levels.  That is, specific tips for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum players.
