Magness v. State

1 John Lee Magness, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County for the crime of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was sentenced to a term of one to three years imprisonment, and from said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
