DONALD B. CLARK, PRESIDING JUDGE This action arose out of the sale of an antique automobile and a claim by plaintiffs-respondents that the vehicle was not as represented by defendant-appellant. The trial court awarded plaintiffs judgment for $4500.00, the purchase price paid, and directed that plaintiffs return the automobile to the defendant. The defendant has appealed.
