Maldonado v. Arizona Department of Economic Security

In this wrongful death/medical malpractice action, defendant/appellant Humana Hospital appeals from a judgment awarding full taxable costs to plaintiff/appellee Richard Hales, decedents surviving spouse, on behalf of himself and decedents surviving daughter Matti Pavelin. Humana also appeals from the trial courts post-trial order holding Humana jointly and severally liable for those costs and rejecting Humanas claim for sanctions against Pavelin under Rule 68, Ariz. R. Civ. P., 16 A.R.S. We affirm.
