Three years after Octavia met her caveman, Matt Hansen and fell in love, life has fallen into a good rhythm. Matt and his brother Kaden have opened their own car repair shop - Mancave - and Octavia is expecting her first child.

But not everything is perfect in paradise. Mary, Matt's young daughter, is acting up, Kaden is upset over something he won't talk about, and Evan, Matt's best buddy from the days he lived in Destiny, when he met Octavia, is in trouble and needs help. Add to that the fact Octavia wants to save her half-brother Ross, and the trip to Destiny turns out more complicated than it was supposed to be.
