Oklahoma Bar Assn v. Stubblefield

1 This bar disciplinary proceeding was initiated against respondent Robert J. Stubblefield after receiving a written complaint filed by his client. Complainant Oklahoma Bar Association lodged a formal complaint against Stubblefield on June 4, 1986. On July 31, 1987, the Bar Association filed a second amended complaint against Stubblefield alleging two counts of professional misconduct necessitating discipline. The matter came on for hearing on September 17 and 18, 1987. The Trial Panel of the Professional Responsibility Tribunal made the following findings of fact:
