Plants in Literature and Life‪:‬

A botanical dictionary defining an exhaustive assortment of scientific and vernacular terms in botany, and providing pronunciation guidelines (± comprehensible), correct plurals and etymologies, and meaningful definitions. It attempts to collect all terms present in English which refer to plants (including algæ), as well as to fungi and lichens. This includes terms taken from literature and legend which refer to specific plants, or ones which have a specific purpose or habitat. Terms relating to plant habitats, products, and also verbs relating to plants have been sought out and included. Approximately 8499 terms are defined.
