Powell v. Powell

Dennis and Rebecca Powell divorced in December 2004. They jointly agreed to a proposed division of their assets and this division was incorporated in the superior courts decisions. Ten months after the divorce, Rebecca filed a Civil Rule 60(b) motion for relief from the property division. After conducting an evidentiary hearing, the superior court denied Rebeccas petition. We affirm because the superior court did not abuse its discretion in so ruling.
