S.N.E. v. R.L.B‪.‬

Father (R.L.B.) moved in superior court for an order changing custody of a minor child from Mother (S.N.E.) to Father. After extensive hearings, the superior court entered an order granting Fathers motion. Mother appeals. For the reasons hereafter set forth, we reverse.
