Samuel T. Scharver v. State Alaska

Appellant Samuel Scharver brings this appeal from his conviction of the crime of burglary not in a dwelling. After a court trial Scharver was found guilty and the superior court entered an order deferring imposition of sentence for five years and placing Scharver on probation for the period of the deferral.
