Appellants, by way of an accelerated appeal,*fn1 ask this court to reverse the trial court's award of treble damages and attorneys' fees to appellee, Laurie Sanborn. Because we find that appellants unjustifiably withheld an undisputed amount of wages, we affirm the judgment and award.
