Sanders v. Atchison

Appellee Sanders and the insurance company recovered judgment in the amount of $25,000 and $800.02, respectively, after a lengthy jury trial, following which the appellants have appealed to this court on the principal contention that the negligent act of the defendants was not the proximate cause of appellees injury.
