Sanders v. Dorris

JONES, Circuit Judge. Plaintiffs-appellants, Alice and James Sanders, appeal the district courts finding that the defendants were not guilty of racial discrimination in housing in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1982 (1982), and the Fair Housing Act of 1968, 42 U.S.C. § 3604 et seq. (1982). For the reasons which follow, we reverse.
