1 On the 17th day of July, 1956, Velmar E. Sanders, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that on July 9, 1956, while employed by the Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Company, employer, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment when he strained his back.
