Sandersfield v. State

MEMORANDUM OPINION 1 Plaintiff in error, Patricia Ann Sandersfield hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged by information
in the Court of Common Pleas of Oklahoma County with the crime of Assault Upon a Police Officer. She was tried by a jury,
found guilty, and her punishment assessed at 30 days in the county jail, and a fine of $200.00. From that judgment and sentence
she has appealed to this Court.
