As the remnants of the human race struggle to survive an extinction level event an alien race claims their world for colonization, sending out the lawgivers to bring order to the chaos created by the humans fighting for the few resources that remain.

There will be war between the interlopers and the rightful heirs to the Earth before there can be peace between the two races.
