Schengen und die Europäische Nachbarschaftspolitik: Exklusion vs. Integration‪?‬

The paper regards the relationship between the Schengen border institution and the European Neighbourhood Policy. With regard to the Polish-Ukrainian borerland, I claim that Schengen as a security institution is an instrument of exclusion and therefore opposes the ENP with its integrative intentions.
