Schneider V. City Of Seattle

In an action for personal injuries brought against the City of Seattle and Daviscourt Construction Company based upon the attractive nuisance theory, the City and Daviscourt appeal the granting of a new trial following a jury verdict in their favor. We hold the trial court erred in granting a new trial and thus reinstate the jury verdict.
