Schoensee v. Bennett

FOR PUBLICATION Plaintiff Kevin Schoensee appeals as of right the trial court orders requiring him to pay defendant Anna Bennett's attorney fees and expenses and sanctioning his attorneys for failing to instruct him of his obligation to comply with a court order. We affirm and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
