Scott v. Breeland

Plaintiffs Marilyn and John Scott appeal the district courts dismissal of their action against Don Breeland and The Oak Ridge Boys, Inc. The district court held that the Scotts had failed to show, by pleading, declaration, or affidavit, that the defendants contacts with the state of California were sufficient to support the exercise of personal jurisdiction. We affirm.
