Publisher Description
Plaintiffs brought this action to quiet title to a strip of land lying between a tract formerly owned by them and one owned by defendants. They claim ownership of the strip by adverse possession and by the establishment of a boundary by acquiescence. The trial court found the facts in plaintiffs favor on each of these issues, and defendants, by this appeal, challenge those findings.
