The Worst Idea

When one of his employees—Randy Mills, twenty years old and half Ian's age—asks Ian Conover out, the question shocks and appalls him. Of course he says no. But in the days that follow, Ian can't shake a new fascination that's got him watching Randy more closely than ever. He's never before considered what it might be like to have Randy in his bed. Now he can't stop thinking about it, and if he's not careful, he just might cross a line and do something incredibly unprofessional.
