Delaware Valley Concrete, Inc. and Mario Diliberto (collectively, DVC) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) granting Tinicum Townships (Township) request for a preliminary injunction to enjoin DVC from blasting in their quarrying operation.
