Villa-Betancur v. Immigration and Naturalization Service

Horacio Villa-Betancur, a Colombian native and citizen, petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) dismissal of his appeal from the immigration Judges denial of his application for asylum and for withholding of deportation under 8 U.S.C. §§ 1158(a) and 1253(h). We deny the petition.
