Publisher Description
A jury found appellant, Beatrice Villarreal, guilty of offending (1) a state law prohibiting the sale of obscene devices, and (2) a municipal ordinance prohibiting the operation of a sexually oriented business without a permit. The trial court then imposed $1,500 in fines and terms of imprisonment amounting to one year in county jail. Appellant appeals her conviction through six issues. We affirm.
