W. A. Gasparino and City Tampa v. Corine Murphy

Kenneth Dal Hancock and Jeanne Hancock (Hancock) sued Garrison Retirement Home Corporation (Garrison) for damages incurred in an automobile accident with a resident of the Garrison Retirement Home. From an order granting Hancocks motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability, Garrison has filed a non-final appeal. From an order denying Garrisons motion for summary judgment, Garrison has filed a petition for writ of certiorari. The two cases have been consolidated for appellate purposes.
