A failed engagement forces 43-year-old Lindsey Dell back to her hometown, and back to her best friend, Cameron, one of the area's top real estate agents. With her help, Lindsey's interior design business is thriving in no time. And when Lindsey starts seeing spirits, she's able to return the favor, clearing ghosts from haunted houses to make them easier for Cameron to sell.

Aided by her new friend, Rod, and her black cat, Jasmine, Lindsey makes the most of the growing paranormal activity in small-town Sparrowford. That changes when a ghost makes it clear she's the victim of foul play...and the murderer is still out there.
