It only takes a day for your whole life to unravel...

When Jessica Walsh meets a stranger in a café one morning, she thinks she's found a kindred spirit.


Both women have a sister who's an addict as well as a father growing desperate to help. There's one crucial difference, though: Jess knows her dad would never resort to violence to fix the 'problem', as this woman's father has.


Later, when Jess receives panicked voicemails from her sister, she rushes home to find Vicky missing.


Her father insists it's all part of a plan to get Vicky clean – but Jess can't forget that woman from the café, the strange coincidence of their meeting.


It had comforted her earlier. Now it feels like a warning.
