In In the late 26th century, as the world was suffering from a devastating virus, a group of rebel scientists conceived a plan to travel back in time and extract natural resources that could be used to develop a vaccine. Instead, these scientists used the resources to escape Earth and the clutches of Kallyuke, the autocratic, de-facto leader of the time. Steve Garner, along with twenty-five others, was supplanted into the late 20th century as an infant to create the perfect group of sleeper agents to thwart the rebel scientists. Those agents are being activated in the early 21st Century.
