Un indispensable. Un livre profond, riche, précis. De véritables angles d’attaques intéressants même pour ceux qui connaissent déjà le design. L’auteur permet aussi de bien clarifier les notions notament entre le design et le marketing par rapport aux personas. je trouve que c’est autant un livre de réfléxion qu’un livre opérationnel. Datant de 2014, j’ai beaucoup hésité à l’acheter. J’aurais tort de m’en priver. On est réellement sur des fondamentaux. Wiley continue de tenir ses promesses en nous livrant toujours du solide et du constant
