Afraid to Fall

It's been six years since Kyle Winters joined the Army and disappeared from Riverdale, North Carolina, without so much as a goodbye. Jessica Mills has spent those six long years forgetting her childhood friend and high school sweetheart. It was just her rotten luck that she would run into him on her volunteer trip to Colombia.

Kyle wasn't expecting to ever see Jessica again. He had made peace with that reality. Seeing her again in war-torn Colombia has his world tilted on its axis, making him wonder if maybe he hadn't made the right choice when he left her behind.

When danger find them Kyle is forced to make a life changing decision between his career and the woman he left behind all those years ago. Will they be able to make it out of the jungle with their lives, and hearts, still intact?
