Kendra Spark, Derek Knight, and "ghosty" Jenna Powers, members of an FBI special task force, investigate a cold-case and end up facing the ultimate psychopaths, a highly-accredited police director gone crime lord and a beautiful malevolent "albatross of a spirit."
