THE FOURTH OF JULY is right around the corner, and few things are more American than getting in your car and striking out on the open road. With that in mind, we've got some options for star-spangled spots that will bring history to life and spark some patriotic feelings. Hampton Roads is located in a hotbed of historic destinations. One of our favorites is what we call "The British are coming, the British are here, the British are leaving" tour, and it starts in our own backyard.
