This is an introductory text on the diagnosis of bone tumors, and is aimed at medical students or residents in radiology or orthopedic surgery. Besides a basic approach to the imaging diagnosis of bone tumors, chapters include tumor appearance such as zone of transition, periosteal reaction, and location.  The differential for single (FEGNOMASHIC) and multiple (FEMHI) lucent lesions of bone is given.  Additional chapters cover pediatric tumors, soft tissue tumors, normal marrow, benign lesions of marrow, malignant lesions of marrow, and the follow-up imaging of treated tumors.
