Anxiety & Me

This is a story about a person who struggles with anxiety. Anxiety is presented as a cartoon-like character that sometimes pops up and can't be controlled. The story takes the reader through various scenarios where anxiety causes problems for the main character, mainly at school. At the end of the book positive ways to manage anxiety are offered. Target age is middle school.
