Azrael

Azrael was the granddaughter of one who started a new race, Adonai, who died in battle against those who decided the race needed to be terminated. The race, Vamardyans, were a hybrid of Vampires and Guardians, something not many had thought to bring together for the sheer madness of having such powerful sides constantly battling inside the person forcing them to merely kill. Vampires won the battle with the Vamardyans, causing the victims to be imprisoned. There was only one way out, and that was to die by your own kind's hand. With the help of her Master Cadeyrn, Azrael leaves the pessimistic clan behind to gain help from the neutral side, the Guardians, to gain her throne, and win the hearts of the people she knew she could not lose.
