Closed for decades after a tragic fire, Thornfield High School’s abandoned home economics kitchen is finally reopening, and Evy Baker is overjoyed.

Oliver Hamilton, a charismatic ghost from the 1950s, has been bound to the classroom since the fire claimed his life. With old-school charm impossible to resist, he persuades Evy to help him uncover the truth about what happened that day.

As their friendship grows, a long-buried mystery resurfaces, intertwining past and present in unexpected ways. Caught between her baking dreams and a growing connection to Oliver, Evy must find a way to heal the past before it consumes her future.
