Basket-Maker Caves in Northeastern Arizona

This work reports the findings of explorations conducted by the Peabody Museum of American Anthropology in the Basket-Maker Caves in northeastern Arizona from 1916–17. The explorers visited more than fifteen caves and collected artifacts of every distinction, including basketry, textiles, netting and cordage, wooden objects, stone objects and more. Their findings are further demonstrated by the inclusion of 44 plates and 16 illustrations within the text.
