Following the events of Soul Burn:
Russian ex-wrestler Roofy has survived, only to find so has the demon, Apocalypse.
Hunted by the blood-dealer, Ambrose, and lured to Richmond by news that Constance may be alive as well, he is reunited with Detective Laura Stenks, fighting her own inner demons and also tracking the seemingly reborn teen.
