Blue Obsession

A Canadian Constable is assigned to the F.B.I to help track down a killer in the United States. This killer displays the same M.O. as a killing committed in Canada. Using his experience, evidence and the technology provided by the F.B.I he tracks the killer across the United States and eventually brings the killer to justice.
