Katy drove over 2,000 miles for an inheritance she didn’t think she wanted, but it’s a chance to start a new life in a new town. “Just a quick look,” she decides when she arrives late at night. But instead of finding a run-down, abandoned house, the lights are on and some guy is walking around like he owns the place.


Mitch is just weeks away from opening a bed and breakfast, having done all the renovation work himself. Weeks away, as long as the missing heir doesn’t show up. When he finds some kid lurking outside, he’s shocked to discover it’s a woman. And not just a woman, but a cute one. No, a pretty one. Actually, she’s downright stunning.
