Amelia is back on quirky Findlater Island. This time with her car and all her worldly possessions. But she's not even out of the ferry terminal before she spots another potential victim of foul play.

She doesn't need the distraction of another murder to solve. After years of yearning, Amelia finally found a book club to join, although it's a bit… odd. And there's the matter of dealing with all the property she now owns while settling into island life. She has more than enough to keep her busy for the summer.

But she just can't let her suspicions go. Can she prove there was a murder and solve the crime before the killer strikes again?

Welcome back to Findlater Island, a small island off the coast of Washington with a quaint (relocated) English village and heaps of interesting characters. And yes, Sadie returns as Amelia's canine sidekick!
