Combined Specialty Insurance Co. v. Deese

Appellant filed this suit for judicial review of a decision by an appeals panel of the Texas Workers Compensation Commission. The trial court dismissed the case on appellees second plea to the jurisdiction and awarded appellee her attorneys fees and expenses. We reverse and remand.
