Consumer Driven Healthcare

Consumer Driven Healthcare has been sold to the American public as a salve for the healthcare crisis. It failed miserably and was the impetus for the creation of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). Both concepts have their roots deep inside the profit models of the insurance industry who use powerful lobbies to screw American workers. In the case of Consumer Driven Healthcare employers were enticed (bribed if you’ll permit) with lower premiums to to the line on this horrible idea for the American worker modeled in the form of a Health Savings Account.
