Cradle on the Wind

The story opens in the 1940's and Naomi, a very young girl finds herself in an orphanage.  Without any guidance from adults, she tries to model herself after a screen star who she finds admirable.   Naomi wants to be a good person and lead a good life.  Although she can't control every aspect of her life, sometimes a decision is made that collides with success and conscience.  That is Naomi's choice.
