From the ashes of a mass suicide pact over two continents, a lone charismatic survives to perpetuate his own brand of fanaticism. Convincing his followers of their ability to meet their Rosicrucian ancestor's in the afterlife is easy. Getting them to turn over all their worldly goods before he helps them along requires more draconian measures.

    Ordered to clear up a backlog of unsolved cases, Detective Andrea Blake and her partner find a curious abundance of missing persons escalating over the past eight years. An ominous thread of similarity weaves among the cases. It's beginning to look more like serial murder.
